Starting a log for my own record & for others to chime in and poke holes.

Height 5'9"
Background: Let myself turn into a fat fuck over a 4 year period of sedentary life (226lbs), went on a fitness kick for about 2 years losing weight down to 172lbs morning weight at my lowest.
I've had three bloodwork tests in 2025, all showing I have very low testosterone & HPTA function starting in May. I've had my both my Total T & Free T at the bottom 3% of my age group before. I'm posting my 2nd most recent bloodwork from Dec 1st 2025 as it's the most comprehensive lab I've done.
TLDR: Keypoints
Total T: 189ng/dL, ref < 250 - 1,100ng/dL
Free T: 35.8pg/mL, ref 35 - 155pg/mL
Lipids at upper limit / slightly over
Started experiencing all the symptoms you would expect from low T since around March 2025 if I recall correctly. I've been eating in the low 2,000 calorie area, training very hard, working a shit load of overtime, and getting pretty bad sleep for most of 2025. Constantly feeling tired, a bit of change in my personality for the worse, and literally zero sex drive.
I don't think I was always low T at all (I wish I had prior bloodwork to prove it) Never had trouble gaining muscle or low libido in the past. I still think it's secondary hypogonadism from lifestyle instead of primary.
I started eating in a surplus and forcing myself to sleep better starting and got tested again on Dec 31st with even lower values than listed above. Probably needed more than just 30 days of eating/sleeping better to actually see improvements on bloodwork, but I decided I'm not walking around with levels that low any longer. This was the cope I needed to start steroids.
Goal:
Gain about 8lb of lean muscle from my July 2025 photo (so ~190lbs leanish) and stay there while not feeling terrible and have a functioning dick.
Plan for Bulk:
300mg Test C per week
750IU HCG per week
3 to 4IU of HGH per day
Retest at the end of 5 weeks. (i'm 3.5 weeks in as of writing this)
Bump it up depending on results.
It might be retarded, but I kinda wanna run Primo near the end of this bulk and leading into my cut. ~400mg Test ~300mg Primo?
Calorie goal is set ~3,400 but i've been sloppy so far as seen in my weightlog. I'm eating clean food, but I've been outrageously hungry going up to ~4,600 often just from chicken, rice, sweetpotatoes, greek yogurt, and berries.
Gained weight way faster than I wanted to, but I'm confident I can cut it off when I start a cut in March. This will be around a ~12 to ~15 week bulk I think.
Cut cardio from 210min per week to ~50min per week.
I train ~6days per week. Sometimes more sometimes less. Depends on work
Sides so far:
Bloated face. Hate the way my eyes and cheeks puffed up.
Not really anything else yet.
Pros so far:
Started getting morningwood again for the first time in forever so this was all worth it.
Lifts going up a bit more, but i'm also not restricting calories anymore..
Slight increase to energy levels after long work hours, but not much.
Notes:
I'm not planning to cycle off Testosterone.
I never touched PEDs in the past
I have no goals to actually look like a bodybuilder.
I've had a semen analysis done right before my first injection. (Normal to low normal results)
Not planning for kids anytime soon, but if I end up actually infertile later on I would regret it.
Weights listed in pictures were the current weights after gym & cardio session, Weights in weightlog were morning weight after peeing.
