Fructose and DNP.

Ok so I know that eating fructose will replenish liver glycogen stores.

So will that slow the fat bruning process of DNP?
I know it will help with lethargy, but thats not worth slowing my fat loss.

When I start my DNP i want to get all the fat loss I can in a short amount of time.

I don't think so, I mean you have to eat carbs from somewhere and frutcose will both give you less heat and less lethargy. I think DNP is powerful enough that it's simply not going to matter, I've had some cheat days before where I'd eat a whole pizza and still wake up a pound lighter the next morning, so I don't think a moderate amount of frutcose is going to diminsh your results noticeably.

Not at all Sev...fructose will not slow your fat loss as Heretic said. DNP is VERY VERY powerful...f'in turns your insides into a blast furnace. Even with T3 you can pretty much eat anything and look thinner the next morning that's how powerful these 2 drugs are. That's why I love T3...I can still cheat and look thin :)

I agree with the frutose for helping with lethargy, and less heat. Sh't I drank some gatoraide when on H's DNP and half way through the drink I was on fire, and did notice less heat with the fructose(pineapple juice)
