FSH and LH

There is no steadfast rule and is NOT bc "everyone is different" but rather the result of many factors such as;

- age
- number of prior cycles
- B&C cycling
- the use of PCT
- the presence of exogenous AAS
ETC

Finally bc LH values vary considerably
bt individuals, an absolute increase of gonadotropins is irrelvant if not accompanied with a rise in TT!

The point: focus on a endogenous testosterone recovery during the post cycle interval
