Fucking USPS part 2.

Here we go again.
USPS has once again forgotten how to properly deliver mail.

Put in an order in with my guy (domestic), tracking literally had it in my back yard, then nothing.

A couple days later, the next update states that it's now back in the state from which it was shipped.

i called to inquire, but don't see them going out of their way to get my pack back on track.

Note, my shipping info was reconfirmed by the source once he realized the problem and shipping info was spot on.

Now, the big question.
i don't care about the gear, or the money, my concern is, what happens to this package if it's returned to sender but the sender doesn't exist?

Will they open it? Toss it in the pile of undeliverable mail and let it sit?
May sound paranoid, but my name and address are on this fucking thing, ya know!?

I think u will end up getting it Iv seen and heard of other guys have this problem before I had one come to my town then leave again then come back

Also ur shipper might have fucked up on the label

i hope so. i just don't want illegal goods with my name on it just sitting around waiting to be opened.

That's what i thought happened the time before when something similar happened.
When i finally got it, the label was dead on, USPS just dropped the ball.

Thanks for the mind easing, brother!

Relax bud. Your good. It was either a shipping fuk up on your sources end or the post office made a mistake. The package will get to you. If not, they certainly won't look through it. Take a breath.

Something similar happened to me... It was out for delivery and then nothing. It was around the holidays and I figured it was delayed because of Xmas packages going everywhere. Xmas came and went. After talking to source about it, I called post office and they fucked me around for an eternity. Not even going to go into the whole story with them but at the end of it they basically said package must have been stolen and I'd have to file a claim. I told them it had nothing to do with being stolen the problem was they were fucking incompetent.

Luckily, the source resent my pack. A domestic fucking pack needed a reship. First time it had ever happened to him he said but he was cool about it... Said to file a claim for the max amount possible.

Another time, when I first moved into my house, I ordered protein powder from truenutrition. It was around Xmas too. I realized one day that it seemed to be taking a while so I checked tracking... It had been sitting at post office for a few days, wtf? Went down to pick it up and they had to search the place to find it. I asked why they hadn't delivered it... They said I had a PO box, which I don't, and they said I didn't have a mailbox at my house, which I most certainly do.

This bitch had opened my package to look for paperwork to see if my phone number was on it to call me to come pick it up. I went ballistic. They had my fucking address and they couldn't figure out what to do with my package??

Needless to say, I've got no love for the US postal system... A 12 year old could do there job better than they do it.

I had my last package sit in a post office 5 minutes from my house for 2 days then they shipped it 50 miles away then took a whole day to get it back on track to send it back to my local post office to get it out for delivery. When I called to find out what was going on the guy told me he doesn't know why and can't look into it. USPS is useless

Same thing happened with me on a previous pack.

i know the volume of mail can be overwhelming and mistakes happen, but sometimes you gotta wonder!

I don't think anyone can open it and look threw it without a warrant and to get that they need probably cause.
I wouldn't trip about it cause either way there is nothing you can do about it.
Have your source reship your package.

That's my biggest concern, but you're right, it's out of my hands.

i'm in no immediate rush to receive it, so i'm going to keep an eye on it (it moved today) until it no longer tracks. After that, me and my guy will have a heart to heart. :D

Forsure man.
IMO as long as it is still moving around that is a good sign.

2 times now my friend who owns a diesel shop has had packs shipped from suppliers with next day shipping (guaranteed by 10am). These two incidences he's had to call UPS to get the driver info and I guess on specific packages you can follow the UPS truck in real time. Well anyway he's found the UPS guys at a local fried chicken place and made them cut their lunch short, open the truck up, and give him his packages. I can't imagine how frustrating it is for business owners who tell customers "come in at THIS time because UPS will have the part prior to you showing up" and then have UPS fucking sitting on their asses eating fried chicken.

Thing about domestic is that LE knows you have a hook up in their jurisdiction. If you order international they can't do shit to the source and unless it is a pack that looks like you are a domestic source they will send you a customs note unless they want to be rude and just leave you wondering what happened.

Personally I don't think domestic is safer.
