long story short i've been on a 6month mass phase and am getting sick of eating sand evryday. looking to spice things up a bit keeping it on the low end of fat and sodium. i enjoy lots of different dishes so feel free to share all types of things.
do you guys have any recipes that make getting the calories and protein down much more enjoyable and less of a chore?
