OK, here goes this is really a place holder but its also my commitment that Im going to run a log. Why? cuz I want to get big. I have finally reached the point with myself that I feel I can really start to put on mass now. My dedication to the gym, nutrition and gear is real. Ive worked extremely hard in the last 18 months or so to get myself to the point that I can now build a body. In 3 weeks, ok 20 days, with an incredible amount of help from one of our truly "Awesome Members" (you can say who you are if you want), Im embarking on my goal to hit 220 off cycle in 18 months.

A little history lesson on FWO
In Decemeber 2013 I was a big piece of shit with tons of addiciton problems and had let myself go for many years, culminating in me being in my 40's 5'11 210lbs at problably 25-30% bf at least. I spent the first part of 2014 cleaning up my act. Joined a gym and started a workout program I found on bodybuilding.com, think it was Lee Labrada's something or other. I also (dont laugh) joined weight watchers to drop weight. All that was good to drop body fat and unfortunately also what little muscle I had. By June '14 I was down to 175ish, completed the 12 week workout program. I had dropped about 30-35 lbs of fat which was awesome, but I was skinny fat with NO muscle mass what so ever. During that time I learned more and more about working out, nutrition and then found my home MESO.

Fast forwar to today, Im almost 17 months sober and sitting at a cool 5'11 185 and Im guessing 12% bf. Im trim and fit and honestly feel the best I have ever in my life in my mid 40's. Im currently cutting for another few weeks becuase I want to see my abs and someother reasons Im not going into.

On Monday 6/22 its GO TIME. 12-18 months of nothing but trying to put on as much lean mass as I can. I want to sit on 6/22/16 at 210 off cycle, and 12/25/16 at 220, 10-12% bf.

I'll be posting up the workout program, nutrution and gear plan that Im going with. Im still working out a few things but it will be up soon. Basically its going to be FST-7 for 6-12 months, 3700-4000 calories off cycle (50/30/20 protein, carbs, fat) and 5000+ on cycle (40/40/20 protein, carbs fat). I'll be doing short blasts of 8-10 weeks, followed by 8-10 cruise, rinse and repeat.

So get it bitches...!!!!!

Seriously, good job kicking the booze and your body surely thanks you for that!
 
Btw I agree on the 10 week blast thing. All my cycles have been 11 weeks or less. That's 3 to date. I really feel like things stall and sputter out past that time. Plus it has to be better for you right!
 
Has to be, my last one was 18 weeks and I was just beat to shit after. Literally took an entire week off the gym after, then a few half assed workout days after that. No more long ones. I also think ones body has a better chance at holding the new mass if the between time is shorter. More shorter cycles with shorter cruise time.
 
Congrats in the sobriety. It will make all the difference in the world for your new pursuits. It seems as if you're fired up and ready to hit it hard. Will be looking forward to your updates as they come.

Workout is going to be FST-7, there might be some mods to this early on, but this is what I'm starting with. Note: I have some tendonitis in both inner elbows (golfers elbow) so I'm not doing a ton of curls or things that cause it to get worse for now. I'm going to try something new and actually listen to my body instead of just plow through. The goal is to let any current injuries heal and not create new ones.

Gear
My cycle looks like this. I'm cruising until I start this - Test C 100 e3d.

Blast - 10 week
1-10 Test C (Watson) 100mg e3d
1-8 dbol 25mg ed
1-10 tren a/fina 50ed <- I might start a little lower
1-10 Sero 4iu ed

Cruise - 10 week
1-10 Test C (Watson) 100mg e3d
1-10 Sero 4iu ed
The plan is to repeat this blast and cruise twice but we'll see if it stays exactly the same or not after the first go around. The Sero's will be around 8-12 months.

Nutrition
As I said before on cruise Im shooting for 3700-4000 calories, blast is 5000+ calories. Regardless of cycle I'll be aiming for 400g of protein, more during blast. I wont go into gory details of diet but if someone is interested please let me know Im happy to write it all up. I will try to log it daily in a Capt Forest style excel format, I thought that was amazing and clean.

This is Feb 2013 - 210 25-30% bf. You can see from just my face and the dbl chin how out of shape I was. Oh and Im not longer a hippy, cut that shit off :)

That is a pretty big transformation. Damn cool.

Sounds like you have it all dialed in and here's for a killer transformation. Going from a fat slob to a ripped mofo is quite a ride

Bet you can be up there with the likes of mands :)

I would say about 12-13%. Your in damn good shape.....for an old man. Lol:)
