OK, here goes this is really a place holder but its also my commitment that Im going to run a log. Why? cuz I want to get big. I have finally reached the point with myself that I feel I can really start to put on mass now. My dedication to the gym, nutrition and gear is real. Ive worked extremely hard in the last 18 months or so to get myself to the point that I can now build a body. In 3 weeks, ok 20 days, with an incredible amount of help from one of our truly "Awesome Members" (you can say who you are if you want), Im embarking on my goal to hit 220 off cycle in 18 months.
A little history lesson on FWO
In Decemeber 2013 I was a big piece of shit with tons of addiciton problems and had let myself go for many years, culminating in me being in my 40's 5'11 210lbs at problably 25-30% bf at least. I spent the first part of 2014 cleaning up my act. Joined a gym and started a workout program I found on bodybuilding.com, think it was Lee Labrada's something or other. I also (dont laugh) joined weight watchers to drop weight. All that was good to drop body fat and unfortunately also what little muscle I had. By June '14 I was down to 175ish, completed the 12 week workout program. I had dropped about 30-35 lbs of fat which was awesome, but I was skinny fat with NO muscle mass what so ever. During that time I learned more and more about working out, nutrition and then found my home MESO.
Fast forwar to today, Im almost 17 months sober and sitting at a cool 5'11 185 and Im guessing 12% bf. Im trim and fit and honestly feel the best I have ever in my life in my mid 40's. Im currently cutting for another few weeks becuase I want to see my abs and someother reasons Im not going into.
On Monday 6/22 its GO TIME. 12-18 months of nothing but trying to put on as much lean mass as I can. I want to sit on 6/22/16 at 210 off cycle, and 12/25/16 at 220, 10-12% bf.
I'll be posting up the workout program, nutrution and gear plan that Im going with. Im still working out a few things but it will be up soon. Basically its going to be FST-7 for 6-12 months, 3700-4000 calories off cycle (50/30/20 protein, carbs, fat) and 5000+ on cycle (40/40/20 protein, carbs fat). I'll be doing short blasts of 8-10 weeks, followed by 8-10 cruise, rinse and repeat.
