Sterilized Water..............the water in the amps or vials that comes with your kit. If your kit didn't include sterile water then you can by sterilized water also known as Bacteriostatic Water I do believe.

Yes, bac water is what you need and it can be purchased from a few companies, Getpinz being one of them.

Yes,bacteriostatic water only. Don't do like some knuckleheads have done and boil water and let it cool and then mix it. I have used Nutropin from Genentech which is already mixed.

Yes, way to expensive to ruin it with tap water.
