I can appreciate that you are helping people avoid harm by warning against his shitty ideas but I think Greg Valentino is a bit of an easy target for you.

I'd be more interested in listening to you pick apart some of these doctors pushing horrible counter productive nutrition advice or science based training videos where their theories are incorrect but nobody will call them out because they have some formal education.
