How's it going, guys? I stumbled on this forum much the same way Vani11aGori11a did. (I mention him because I've been lurking and reading his progress.. We're nearly in the same boat)
I decided to make an account because the community here seems pretty kick ass, and the advice I see being dished out seems solid.
A little about me: I'm 26 years old. I'm a recovering fatty. In 2011 / 12 I was training to get into the marines. I was in the best shape I had been in since I was a teenager. I was denied due to my tattoos. Before I made the choice to try a different branch of service, I met my now-wife and decided not to enlist. Fast forward 3 years, add 1 daughter and the stresses that go along with it; I'm now 270 Lbs @ 35%+ BF.
Now that the stress has subsided a bit, I've been back in the gym for about 2 weeks, attempting to get back what I've lost from being a lazy asshole. Been really just concentrating on the big 3 and not much else.
Admittedly, my diet isn't exactly where it should be. I'm trying to get that dialed in, and regain the discipline I once had, while simultaneously getting my weight to a point where AAS will be beneficial. I've never tried them, but I'm certainly dying to.
Sorry for such a long introduction...But that's me.
