i was watching some videos on youtube that talked about people with fitness channels and if they were natty or not.. during the video they talk about there stats and this thing called the FFMI Calculator,

here is the video so you can give it a look and check out this calculator

i went to the site and got a 19.5 after putting in my stats, check it out let me know what you think.

I've seen that video too. Those figures are best just used as a ballpark imo, just like body mass index it's not necessarily accurate. It also can't measure the actual genetics of the individual. ( And nice avatar haha)

According to this calculator I'm 30.82 with a bodyweight of 238, 5'10" and 15%bf. I would not consider myself to have "superior" genetics. Maybe slightly above average genetics but not superior. I have a thicker bone structure as well and while I do weigh 238, I probably look more like 200-215. As you pointed out, at best this is a ball park calculation. There's no way I am 30.82 while only on TRT.

An NFL running back typically goes 5'10" and weighs 220 and likely has 10% bodyfat. That would put him at 30.17. Which would be they are definitely on gear. I find that hard to believe with how frequently they are tested and how much they stand to lose if testing positive.

Seriously with the contacts those guys have they have more to lose not being on gear you dont make it to the big time without it
