Genheal is supposed to be from a GMP facility in Shanghai... Why is their product stated at 4mg/10 iu's(4mg is 12 iu's actually or am I missing something?) and then tested at 2.48mg/7.44 iu's?

I wasn't even aware they made a 4mg vial?

Is this counterfeit? I don't believe any legit GMP facility would send out vial severely under dosed.

It is a shanghai GMP facility(looking closer it's even printed on the vial) and they are licensed in the Philippines as well I believe.
