I am currently awaiting its arrival; they mentioned a timeframe of three weeks, and thus far, only two have elapsed—so everything appears to be in order for now. I sincerely hope the quality will meet expectations.

Hello, usually, our package to the USA by special shipping line will take 15 working days to arrive. But recently USPS line is pretty pretty slow, take 25-30 working days. I believe when the rep send you the tracking number they will tell you the ETA. If they didn't told, that is our fault.

Our company don't haver resend policy if package get seized. If the salesperson apply extra package to maintain a long-term business relationship, all the cost is on the salesperson. I will suggest you directly talk with your rep and find a workable solution together.

How about the "guarantee safe delivery " then? Once you say guarantee safe delivery now you say that if package get seized then bad luck,deal with it
Guarantee means that the person will receive what he paid for no matter what.

It's my first time to order raws. So I figure chances are high that I'll screw a bunch of shit up the first few times. So whether they test 98 or 89 percent won't matter until I figure out what the hell I'm doing anyway. Good practice batch at the minimum if they do test that low. But even janoshik says on the website that the raw test can be up to 5% off so maybe it was 5 under that day and they are really 94%. I dunno the odds of that. Maybe someone else can fill me in on that 5% margin of error statement he makes

My first cook I was higher than a kite on more things than you can count in my bathroom, very young and very dumb. We had a lot less knowledge then too. Don’t try to overcomplicate it and you will do just fine. It isn’t as hard as people make it out to be. I’m sure your first batch will come out well and you can improve from there.

Thanks! I've read quite a bit here. Have a bunch of posts bookmarked. And I watched some of chase iron's how to videos. It didn't look too bad and I imagine since I'm just doing it for me I'll probably only make a few vials at a time so I don't need a bunch of equipment. I'm still hoping to stumble upon an exact how to/step by step walkthrough guide but doesn't seem to exist yet.
