Hello, Im 29 and in the past cpl years I quit working out, diet went to shit and started a sleeping medication that I found out was slowing my metabolism. The result:I gained about 50 pounds. In the past four months or so I have managed to lose 30 of the 50 pounds with just diet and cardio.Also, I have ran 3 cycles in the past and plan to run another after i manage to lose this last 20 pounds.
