Lifted since I was 24, on/off
Was in best shape at about age 28 weighed 25lbs less with same strength

goal is to bench 300 & dead 500 (slightly less than 20% improve of personal best)
be "baywatch strong" as well

Decided to cycle first time as i believe natural would take too long with a high degree of dedication to achieve... looking to reach these goals within two years

First cycle will be:
500 test c (split 2/wk)
arimidex .25 ed

I am only waiting on pct to arrive before beginning.
I realize as a newbie I have little to contribute but this decision is a big deal to me and would like to some help to achieve my goals.
Direction is much appreciated. Im gonna put in some work these next 2.

Look forward to joining this community

Taking gear need eben higher dedication than natural. You Are putting your personal health on the line. You should over think what you are doing and definitely do some more research. Did you look into some hcg?

Thanks for the welcome guys...

I'm comfortable with the amount of research I've performed.
During that research, my understanding is that hcg is an injectable that bros use to keep their nuts working, rather than have them shut down during cycle.
Some people advocate using during whole cycle to prevent shut down, while others say use at the end to ease into pct.
Most wouldn't recommend it for a very simple 500mg test only cycle, only if you're running say "heavy" gear or youve had low test output from them to begin with.
My nuts work fine now, and I don't plan on any killer cycles anytime soon.

I plan on PCT with nolva and clomid.

As for dedication, I disagree that you must be "more dedicated" than training naturally. I understand training and diet as I've been doing it for over eight years. But as you age and deal with injuries it becomes harder and harder to bounce back, make gains, and improve on personal best strengths.
I feel I could achieve my fitness goals without gear but it would take a great deal longer and any injury could be a huge set back. Why sacrifice the same amount of diet and hours in the gym for less results??

I've been in the gym for years and I can tell when a guy is ON. If you can train successfully natty and get good results, some decent gear is going to make you a beast.

I'm ready to do this.
