getting squats up

hey guys im 20 6'2 215 bench 385, my upper body is pretty strong, but.. for some reason my squats suck butt my squat max is around 320 ??? what is a good way of getting the weight up, when it comes to other exercises for legs i tend to do very well such as leg press, but i suck ass when it comes to squat, i mean sure i could do 400 probably the way some ppl do squatS (not goind down enough) but my form is good just my weight sucks :/
 
Do the 5x5. Nothing will make you stronger on squats. Period. (It's in the JohnSmith Tribute Thread that's stickied.) - Also, in AnimalMass' favorite routines.

Also, squat butt to ankles.

well the thing with me is i tend to get strength up on everything i rarely was working out on my squats ,but as of lately im hitting them up so hopefully as time goes i can get them up. its just a pain in the ass. currently i lift upper body as this

skull crush 150 6 reps
curl 140 8 reps
dumbell curl 55-60 6 reps
dumbell incline bench 120
bench 385

and then sadly 320 squats lol
 
Well, are you deadlifting? Listen, read my favorite routines thread and look at the few minor changes I made to the 5x5 program. It's just an 8-10 week program or so and I guarantee you'll hit huge PRs on squat and your legs mass will go through the roof.

Trust me for 3 months. Then if you don't like it, what have you lost?
