hey guys im 20 6'2 215 bench 385, my upper body is pretty strong, but.. for some reason my squats suck butt my squat max is around 320 ??? what is a good way of getting the weight up, when it comes to other exercises for legs i tend to do very well such as leg press, but i suck ass when it comes to squat, i mean sure i could do 400 probably the way some ppl do squatS (not goind down enough) but my form is good just my weight sucks :/
