Getting to the gym after working hard outdoors

Starting work that early blows I feel ya! I started going to bed real early and going before work or I won't be able to make it in after work. It also makes the rest of the day a bit more enjoyable walking around all tight and pumped up!
 
Yeah I'm with you on this it's tough, I still get to the gym but most the time I'm at 75% or less I just give it my absolute all until I've got nothing left. If that means dropping the weight adding reps, or vice versa. Whatever it takes to feel like I've put in my work.

Or when I can't get it I'll save it for the wk end which I don't really like to do.
The winter time is much better for my workouts a lot more time to work with.
