Gh or igf-1 long r-3

GH if it's legit, as for the other two I can assure you their FAKES 99.99% of the time, excepting pharm grade products.

lr3 = waste of time and money.

i dont understand why you'd ask if crappy peptides that do fvck all are better than HGH?! its like comparing a clapped out banger to a Veyron

Other two???? IGF-1 LongR3 is a single product. Please don't comment on things like you know what you are talking about and then make a claim in a later post that you don't have much experience. IGF-1 is in fact a peptide produced in the liver. BUT, I will agree with you that very few peptide companies have actually shown to have legit IGF...or anything for that matter.

To examine the possible routes (theories) for which GH works, you have 2 frames of thought. The first is that it works through conversion to IGF-1 to stimulate muscle cell growth. The other is that exogenous HGH acts directly on "satellite" cells in the area in which it is injected. A similar theory about satellite cells has also been brought up concerning IGF-1, but nothing has been proven.

Google "Receptor Theory" and you will find several nice powerpoint presentations on the topic if you want to get a better grasp on the details of how these things work within our bodies.

My experience with parental peptides is based on discussions with my colleagues, blood tests to determine efficacy and the expenditures required to manufactuer them. Based on that exposure I believe most are of poor quality or simply bogus which is often the case with GH.

I agree with you on the fact that peptides are poor quality or often fake. However, it is MUCH MUCH easier to get legitimately manufactured 191-aa HGH then it is to get good peptides. Most HGH is real, the potency is another stoy entirely depending on brand, supplier, etc.

Also, as far as I'm aware, there are no oral delivery methods for the peptides we use in bodybuilding. I've seen "legal" products lately that claim to be oral mystatin inhibitors and oral SARMS and oral IGF, etc. These are all bogus, so if that was what the doc was referring to then he is correct.

Overall point for the OP.... just train harder than you are now and really ask yourself why you want to use IGF-1 or HGH. Don't move on to that step until you've exhausted the possibilities at the first level, which is AAS.

We agree GS, even though
I needed some clarification regarding the the use of ORAL peptides as parahormones, prehormones or hormone cofactors etc your statement; "there are NO oral delivery methods for the peptides we use in bodybuilding" was on spot!
Thanks
Jim
