if taking gh 5 on 2 off at 2iu , is it better to split 1 in morning 1 ay night or both at night?
also -- not planning to take insulin -- isnt there a rule on eating before or after gh inj. ?

I'd do one shot AM (with a simple sugar drink shortly after to boost insulin) Insulin in the AM will help inhibit cortisol at its highest point, the AM. Another shot late afternoon (post w/o) again with a slin boosting drink shortly thereafter.
I'd look at bumping those doses up over time though.
I started mine off at 3iu, 1.5 morning-1.5 afternoon, your body makes about 1.5 while you sleep. So it kinda makes sense to even it out around the clock,I also do a small glass of OJ after inj... .02ceasar said:bump

Question: I have been on Nutropin AQ for 3 months now, 5 days on 2 off, cuurently 1.5 IU in the morning and 1.5 IU in the evening before i go to sleep. Should i not be taking the evening shot so close to going to sleep? Also, sometimes i train in the morning and i usually just eat 2 bannanas with a coffee and my 1.5 IU and hit the gym- i get the best pumps that way....is this incorrect though? Should i sip on an slin boosting drink during the workout if training in the morning.
einstein1905 said:I wouldn't do my last GH shot within 4 hours of bedtime, just to be safe. Why not capitalize on your own highest natural GH release if you can? If you work out in the AM, as I do, you can do the GH shot immediately pre workout. A carb drink during or slightly before workouts can be good and bad. The simple carbs give you a boost of energy, while the subsequent insulin spike can contribute to lethargy. I start off the morning with oatmeal. SOME simple carbs before or during would probably be best, followed by a substantial glucose (dextrose) drink immediately after w/o, which will be followed by a post w/o high whey protein shake, of coarse.
The amount of GH released at night is closer to 1IU, but that's still substantial enough to take advantage of. It also depends on your age and individual variation too.
