Glad To Finally Be a Part of Meso

Whats up Meso? I've been reading these forums for the last year or so and I figured it was finally time to pull the trigger and become a part of the community. I just wanted to take the time and introduce myself the proper way and I'm sure if it's not the proper introduction, I'll get some heat! I've watched a lot of boards and that's what I like about Meso; People say what they want and there are no punches pulled. I hope that I can continue to gain knowledge and chime in every once in a while based on personal experience.

A little bit about me:
I'm 30 years old and have been lifting since I was 15 years old. I was always the fat kid until probably the last 2 years or so. Married young and divorced by 22 which is when I started to put on a lot of weight. I'm 6'2" and after my divorce I managed to get up to 346lbs. In 2012, I finally started to get serious again and started lifting and doing cardio 5 days a week. I dropped down to 220 in about 6 months. Once I started to see the change, It obviously motivated me to continue. I was at around 18% BF in 2012 which is when I ran my first test only cycle. I've been cycling on and off since but I've stuck with test and arimidex as I constantly read about sticking to test until your body fat is low enough to run other compounds. Currently, I'm at 235 with still 18% BF. My goal is to continue to get to a lean 220. Right now I'm using IF and a mix of HIIT and LISS. My diet changes a lot as far as what I eat but I've been able to drop roughly 1lb a week doing this.

I'll quit the newbie rambling for now but I'm definitely excited to be a part of the community. It's always good for info, a few laughs and some hostile threads every once in a while.

Thanks to all for reading

Nice weight loss.

I see we are both around the same height and weight.
243 6'1-1/2 (why can't they just give me that damn half an inch
:()
At 19. Some shit body fat ( I think I'm a little over 20% though)

Welcome and keep up the progress.

Welcome and there's lots of great people who'd give you support in keeping the fat off and the muscle on

I'm 6'1 1/2 too actually.. I tend to round up on the height :(

Thanks for the welcome guys. I hope I can contribute to the community. It definitely helps to read through all the posts from start to finish. I was on here a few years back and always was looking to find a solid source so back then I planned on joining and inquiring. Luckily I didn't and got to see others do it and they all get the same response: "Do some research on here!"

That advice has paid off but I still have a long way to go.
