Glucose in Your Workout Drink?

Rice flour?
Yeah. I put about 8 cups dry rice into a Vitamix. Blend until it’s a powder. I store that in a Rubbermaid container and use it for my post workout chicken/rice shake. Can also be used to get down large amounts of rice.

I put 8oz canned cooked chicken and 1/2-1cup rice flour/powder into a blender with water. I would guess that 1 cup rice powder would equal around 4+ cups cooked rice.

That's fucking hardcore. I'd puke for sure trying to get that down.

Do the 10lb bag of HBCD from truenutrition. It lasts forever and good price.

Not sure about the cream of rice raw.. too grainy

This^^^

You never wants to be taking in rice or oatmeal during a workout. The body has to use blood and energy to digest those.

HBCD enters directly into the bloodstream and is not digested. Therefore is the best option for an intra workout carb source.

Different honey has different fructose / glucose ratios.

grain carbs during a workout won’t become available soon enough.

I’m getting the tru nutrition solution

As far as after workout drinks, I’ve been doing a banana and protein powder. I’m thinking a different after workout carb source like Dextrose might be better?

90 mins before a workout I’m using instant rice cereal that I make. Works great. In a blender it’s super smooth
