how much glucose do you guys take after workout when dieting, i take 50 grams mix it 1:1 with whey, alternatively i eat grapes or 2 bananas or something really sweet when theres nothing else around.....but ive been reading some articles that suggest the ratio should be 2:1, since my intake is never over 150g of carbs every day don't you think it would be too much to take 100g of sugars after workout?
