Greetings!

I'm flat footed and pretty nonathletic. I played baseball, football, wrestled, soccer was decent when younger but my non genes caught up to me and most passed me by. I coached 5 or so years of little league baseball.

Lifted weights until about 35, never really understood the importance of eating protein to grow the muscles stayed about 205-210. I lifted with a buddy for several years until they moved away. Then got married became lazy quit lifting, hunting, fishing and became domesticated.

Weight slowly grew to about 250 decided it was time to get back into shape, Dropped to 240, started going to the gym again doing cardio. Remembering my younger days, when I could dead-lift 550lbs a couple times (yeah I know most here wouldn't be proud of that but it was good for me), decided to do a couple sets of 135lbs second set felt something not right, went ahead and finished the set. Took a month off before going to the chiropractor. All was better at this point, I still haven't been back to the gym yet several months.

I've been able to drop from 250 to my current weight of around 177. Been eating healthier and trying to get better at counting protein. I had my doc order a male panel and test was around 530 so I guess its within normal range. I thought about going to a clinic, my brain stays foggy, I started taking naps after work the last couple years. I'm not looking to get back to 205-210 maybe 195-200.

Anyways, that is my story, been browsing around here for awhile now doing research, lots of helpful thoughts on the boards.
