Good Meals

I am going for mass and i feel like i eat the same thing...I need help with some meals and variety...let me know some good meals and food
 
beef, chicken, tuna, turkey breast,milk, real whole wheat breads, any kind of greens, green beans, lots of pasta,potatoes, yams, and oatmeal. Throw a lil pizza and big macs in between, cakes and donuts, especially on workout days when you need the extra food.

I'll try and post a couple recipes later, when I have more time.

BTW, your in the wrong section for what foods, and recipies. :cool:
