Do any of you bros use these in your back workouts?

I've just adopted these in a workout change i've just made and let me tell you they're fucking awesome!

Just curious as to how many bros are doing them or have done them.

Can't believe I wasn't doing them earlier :)

I've used them and I like them. Personally, I use them as a replacement for RDL's which means I do them on leg day, but I suppose back day is as good as any.

I'm just changing my routine a bit seeing as it's been 1 month 1/2 since my last back mix around.

I can definetely feel it in my lower back and hams today. No, this isn't a sign of progression, but at least I know I hit the right spots doing it :)

Oh, good, you did do them right. Most certainly, you should feel it in your hammies. They're like an RDL with the bar in a different place.

I just added these a few months ago. I was really amazed at how little weight I needed to add to really few a good pump. These are a great exercise. I get some weird looks, must be an old timer exercise. I am the only on in the gym who was doing these. Now I see at least 4 others doing them. The day after really feels nice. Good exercise.

Very true, felt a little gay sticking my ass out like that :)

But the feeling makes it all feel good! :D

Peace,

Love em. They are on of the best exercises for helping the deadlift and squat and will give you great back and hamstring development.

If you guys have a safety squat bar or cambered bar at your gym, they are even more fun. They are much ahrder with these bars because of the camber, but I've worked up to a strict 405x3 on the cambered bar with these - I haven't seen too many guys who can replicate that.

I do them but have a problem with my lower back getting pumped and tired. I take a shoulder with stance with a slight bend in my knees and bend at the hips pushing my ass back. I only go up to 275Lbsx4-5 reps with a straight bar. Any suggestions?
