Any online Rx service and Costco. You can get a year prescription at 20mg (which is obviously more than you need) of pharma Cialis, then fill it at 90 pills for $45 at Costco.

I agree. Most any doc will give them to you. If you have insurance go to urologist tell them you need it. Hell, my doc dispenses them right there in the office. 5 min visit and I'm good for 2 or 3 months.

If you care about anonymity, the chain can be easily broken by purchasing (swapping for) an untraceable blockchain currency like Monero, then back into Bitcoin on a separate wallet. This can be done manually or quickly for some fee on sites like ChangeNow.IO
