Good stack w/Trem.

What can I stack Trembolon with? Any good suggestions out there? And how much. I weigh about 155lbs and I have cycled Deca, cip., sos., Dbol, Anadrol and test before. But not all together though.

and your still 155 :eek: bro your not doing something right.first off im not flaming you i just think that you need a whole hell of alot more research.before you shoot something in your body you should atleast spell it right.look at the cycle faq at the top of the forum.

If you are about 4'1 or so, 155 is an awesome build! If you are talled than that, you shouldn't be messing with the juice yat.

Post more stats and actual cycles/lengths, etc...
 
Well I am about 5'3" and I use to weigh 135lbs. I think I have done well, but it seems now that my body does not react as well as it use to or I am doing something wrong. I always get my advise here.

Cycle suggestions:

Tren act. @ 150mg EOD for weeks 1-10

Test Cyp @ 500mg per week for weeks 1-10

D-bol @ 50mg ED for weeks 1-4

Winstrol @ 100mg ED for weeks 8-13

PCT:

HCG @ 500iu's ed for weeks 11, & 12

Clomid @ 100mg ED for weeks 13, 14, & 15

Nolvadex @ 80mg ED for weeks 13, 14, & 15

If you have only gained 20lbs and taken all that gear, I still think your diet needs to be tuned.

Can you give us a sample day of your diet while you are trying to add muscle?
 
Bear in mind his height as they say 1" in height averages 7lbs heavier, at my height 6'1 that would make him 225 which is not a bad weight, how many cycles have you done? As if it's a fair amount as it seems I agree with the lads you need to fine tune your training and your diet. Please post up your goals for this cycle and also how MANY cycles you have done in the past

Sorry Bro....but I would have to say that the best stack would probably be TREM's twin sisters.........Maybe one on top.....one on the bottom......depending on how you stack em.......J/K Bro..........Keep reading the posts and I think you will find that Trenbolone is best used with a protocol that includes Testosterone/Enan/Cyp with TREN starting midpoint of cycle. I also have to add with consideration in regards to your current weight that you review the associated nutritional requirements to maintain a positive nitrogen level to realize maximum anabolic gains with your selected protocol.

You must not be consuming enough calories and protien to have not gained more wieght unless the gear you have used is bunk.5'3" and 155 at a moderate to low bodyfat is a decent wieght. There is a guy in my home state that got his pro card at not much higher wieght than that at 4'11" but after standing onstage at the night of champions he realized that competing as a pro in the ifbb was a waste of his time. It's odd that you haven't put on more size because usually shorter guys need alot less androgens to gain wieght than the taller guys. I say bump up your protien intake to 450grams a day and make sure you consume at least 4800 total calories
 
I would post up your training and nutrition Garoto as although as I said 225 for my height :as your weight would ROUGHLY equal is not bad and if lean especially, it's best to have everything tuned up mate. OK you said in your PM to me you have done 7 cycles and that you want to avoid deca due to your age and recovery being harder now. If recovery is proving hard I would also avoid tren mate as it shuts you down hard. I would go with test, equipoise and dbol for mass, and if you can afford it switch the dbol for anavar combined with decent amounts of test it is excellent for bulking leaner gains and the strength from it is worth the price tag. I am using anavar again in my current cycle : prop, tren and anavar(I still recover well - so use tren) and I am VERY pleased with the gains. The cycle would look like this:

Test cyp or enanthate 500mg weeks 2-12 load double dose 1st week

Equipoise 400mg weeks 2-12 load double dose 1st week

Dbol or anavar weeks 1-6: 40-50mg every day

Week 5 HCG: 500iu every day over ten days

Week 12 HCG: 500iu every day over ten days

Clomid week 14 load 400mg, load 80mg nolva then 100mg clomid, nolva 40mg for 6 days

Clomid weeks 15-17 50mg, nolva 20mg

The doses are moderate due to your body weight, also as you said you recover harder these days go longer on clomid and nolva if you feel you need to. I like to use both anti-es during recovery

Hey Nexus!

But would I get better results with Tren? And should I use Proviron to avoid gyno. Yes, by reading some the post people send me I have to modify my diet especially. Plus, I thought that D-bol or Anadrol were better for good results?

Keep in mind that exercise, diet and recovery (sleep) are the main puzzle peices in buil;ding your body. Supplements should be just that. You're diet looks pretty good. Here's a quick basic check of physics...to build big, you need a lot of material. IF you are trying to gain muscle, bump protein up and eat more good carbs. Add some almonds or flax to up the fat.

If you don't have the above mentioned stuff in line, adding tren or test or anadrol or whatever wont git'ya sh__!

Your diet looks great! I am not sure how many cals that all adds up to, but I am sure for your weight it is good. But I am concerned that you might need to add more cals for more lean mass gains.

If I were you, I would try to make a home made weight gainer ED and sip it all day long. Something with about 1,000 - 1,500 cals on top of your regular diet.

Fruit, nuts, milk, oatmeal, raisins, PB, flax, hemp, olive oil, granola, juice, cream, eggs, lots more protein powder for added cals, etc

Dbol, Test, Tren is a great cycle!

I agree if he is lean he prob. looks good
I am finisihing up tren. en 250mg/ test en. 500mg per week.
I did not feel i needed anything else
