When people have talked about getting bloodwork to see if their test is dosed properly, people commonly look for a level of their test dosage x10 for a guesstimate. I was under the impression that this estimation applied to the dosage of the last amount pinned, and not total weekly dosage. Because one pin a week at 650mg will provide for a higher peak than 325mg pinned twice a week, which won't have as high of a peak but provide more stable blood levels. Then again there is nothing that proves the accuracy of this so called 10x rule. I was simply stating that if it were to be applied to this situation, assuming he was pinning 325mg twice a week, the the 10x would apply to the 325 dosage so 325x10=3250 his bloods came back at 3359 so they would be 10x his most recent pin dosage. It's also possible that his test level would have came back higher would he have waited the full 48 hours prior to blood draw allowing for the peak of serum levels.
Correct me if I'm wrong this is just the understanding I have come to
