Greetings All,

I am a "newbie here and wanted some advise in regards to taking something for more energy and also getting super fit!!

Just to give you an idea about who I am and what I am doing.........

I am 40 and reasonably fit and I do semi-competitive wrestling.

I go to wrestling training classes at least 5 times during the week.

I run/walk up the hills around the block from my house most days and for the most part, eat quite well.

My purpose is to lose 30 pounds....... I currently weigh 150 pounds and become as strong as I possibly can........ like "hell" strong, without the bulk of muscles.

The trouble I am having is that I have no energy!!! I run/walk and cannot do much more after that!!

The hills are steep!!........ I walk at a really fast pace up them and then run back down the other side. The run/walk takes me 45 minutes to do each day.

I go to wrestling classes and would like to get back into the gym as well and get those thigh muscles of mine steel strong so I can scissor my opponents.

What I was thinking was going on "clenbuterol" to lose the excess weight and maybe give me the much needed energy that I need to do all this extra exercize.

I have been taking "hoodia" to stop excess eating and "lean system 7" for energy, but it is like taking nothing at all basically. I started drinking green tea first thing in the morning before walking/running, but it kept stuffing up my stomach. So now I just run first then eat afterwards or basically exercize before eating anything.

What would be your suggestions as to food intake, clenbuterol, exercize and whatever else you can think of???

I appreciate any feedback and advise anyone can give me.

I apologize for the long-winded post!!

Regards,

Ms Indiana.

hmmm.

lets be real here: at 40, youre a little past being strong as hell. safely, that is.

my first suggestion to to get off the fucking clen. you cant be wrestling and taking that shit, youll cramp like hell. i also wonder how you can be as active as you are and be overweight, as you say you are.

losing weight will require a lifestyle change. supplements will help get you there but you have to keep it there. thats first off.

cardio, like biking will help alot.

as far as supps, heres what i would do:

sida cordifolia which i beleive is also known as bitter orange. its a mild thermogenic [speed] thats main benefit is appetite suppression. you canget the powder cheap at beyond-a-century.com [BAC from now on]

youll need a scale. at BAC they hav a scale thats very good for about $12. BAC also has a flat shipping rate of $5 for almost all its items. 5 buck for 1 or 10.

rhodoila rosea: this herb has too many benefits for me to name right now. suffice it to say, it helps with the oxygen partitioning of your blood. that means it raises they amount of oxygen your blood carries and it does it quickly. you might notice a headache the first week. you can get it at BAC and i suggest 1 gram [1000mg] a day. if the headache doesnt go away after 7-10 days, drop it to 600mg a day. generally though, themore the better with diminishig returns after 1000mg/day.

green tea: throw out the pop and everything else but this and water, and when needed, gatorade. green tea is good shit in general and also for losing weight. you can get the very excellant Salada brand at walmart for $2.30/40 bags. i suggest 6 bags a day, broke up 2 in a glass 3 hours apart or so. you want a big glass too, somewhere around 30 ounces. the reason why i say salada, is because most of the green tea onthe shelves isnt green but just a lighter shade of black tea. salada tea is green in the cup. salada tea tastes great, so give it a try even if you got some shitty green tea back in the day. if you just cannot stand it, why i couldnt guess, go with the extract. you can find some good extract at BAC for cheap.

Magnesium: mag has a hand in over 400 chemical reations in the body and 80% of americans as severely deficient in it. by itself, it improves atheltic performance and its just plain good for you. 500mg a day. you canfind it at walmartfor 6 bucks for about 50 days worth.

expresso: coffee is a nice thermo in and of itself, whos effects arent diminished justbecause you dont feel jittery anymore. expresso is an easy way to get a load of caffiene quick. they have expresso makers at walmart for about 30 bucks that will get the job done. drinking expresso, taking your bitter orange, and popping a baby aspirine [80mg] will get your day off to quite a peppy start.

protien powder/carb shake: im sure you already know why protien is good for you. protien/carb shakes raise your metabolism fastand in a healthy way. drink it right before you work out then grabsome water to drink during the workout.

CLA [conjugated linoliec acid]: over a period of 4 months, CLA will lean you out big time. its not a speed. your muscles will feel great and everything. and you can kep taking it and it keeps working. this is kinda pricey for no longer than it lasts: about 12-15 days worth is $12 at walmart for tonalin. tonalins the best kind to get really. youll want 4 grams of cla a day, which for tonalin brand is 4 pills. take this whenever youre gonna be home or have easy access to a bathroom. cla has a tendency to loosen the bowls for about 2 weeks for some ppl. its not severe, to be frank it might cause you to shit one time. and your body will acclimatize to it. it didnt effect me at all, but its worth mentioning.

the aboive is a great, natural and entirely safe way to improve athletic performance and get lean. of course, you should check this and any other exercise routine or supplement regimen out with a doctor for your safety.

Greetings Joe West..........

Firstly thankyou for replying back with all this info, I appreciate it.

Yes I maybe 40, but I could still get as strong as I wanted, or as much as I willing to put in the work for it.

I am not on Clen. I have been considering it since it does seem to work in helping one lose weight fast.

I am definitely not overweight, what I want to do, is lose any excess fat off my body, allowing only muscle to remain. I want to get the sleek, lean look.

As for the green tea......... the stuff I was drinking was the real stuff...... it was green as s---!!!

I was only drinking it with hot water, but it gave me cramps and indigestion before I would go running, so I stopped drinking it.

I will definitely try that "salada" brand you suggested however.

I also have an expresso machine and some sort of "weightloss" coffee called: "javafit" diet coffee.

I have the whey protein which I take, which seems to be good stuff.

I pretty much know what to do in order to get myself in really good shape, but like everything, I was hoping to make it as easy on myself as possible.

The main thing for me was having " A LOT" of energy.

I will be looking into and trying out everything you have mentioned here and seeing how it goes.

I thankyou for posting all this info and maybe other "newbies" can benefit from this info as well.

Regards,

Ms Indiana. :)
