Hello everyone. I finally took the plunge and decided to contribute, as i've been reading for a little while now. Seems like this forum, as opposed to others, is not hyped up marketing BS and "bros" trying to hook you up with some bunk. I am 30, 5'10 and typically 180-185. Been athletic my whole life and lifting seriously for approx. 8 years. I would like to put on a little weight and get stronger. Looking for some some guidance from you all for my second cycle. I only ran test e 250/1 wk with a winny v oral and a mild pct. Wasn't a huge fan of the winny due to joint pain. Don't think i'll be doing that again. Anyhow, looking forward to learning and growing with ya'll.
 
I try and eat 6 times a day. Usually a high protein and carb diet due to the nature of my job. I am not super anal about keeping track of exact amounts of protein, etc but I would guess at least 250 grams of protein a day and carbs would probably be similar. I eat fruits and vegetables daily. Healthy fats and i avoid excess sugar.

What? You ran a cycle of 250mg ew of test and winstrol.
