hello my brothers, :)

My name is Simpson and wow does it feel good to be alive! Im starting this thread because I have finally returned back to the personal fitness and bodybuilding world and dropping in to say hello to my comfortable home of Meso Rx where I have learned most of everything I know about AAS.

I ALMOST DIED from a near death accident.
Sooo...its been ahwile since ive been here on MESO..
And now I am back and also finally motivated and able to train again in the gym.

My Story:

I have enjoyed bodybuilding and personal training for half of my life. I started as a kid of 18 weighing in at 150lbs and starting a new job at a gym. Not going to lie though, some of my motivation to wanna get big and strong was while I was growing up as a kid, I was someone who was picked on alot. And in return I grew to be a person to root for the underdog or someone who stands up for the little guy and doesnt like seeing someone getting taken advantage. Over the next few years, bodybuilding and fitness turned into a way of life in being the best person I could be.

After 15 years later, I reached an impressive personal best of a 5'10 sculpted paperthin vascular 215lbs 8 percent bf and deltoids that were wide and round enough to might as well have there own imaginary equator. I loved working out especially with a little synergistic AAS supplement help of tren, d, and test..along with hcl creatine, l-glutamnie, arginie and beta alinie, BCAAs, multivitamin, 2 gallons water a day, and 200g protein a day.
In my training, I rarely ever did one or 2 rep maxes for measure of strength. But at my best times I was throwing on 3x 45 plates on each side and then maybe a ten and a five on each side and rep out a couple sets of 6 to 10 reps each.(thats sets of 345)(with then supersetting 40lb flys and then burning out pushups) I was preacher curling sets of 140 and dumbell sets of 60 no problem and my squats were around 450 to 500 for 6 to 8 reps.
I had a classic workout schedule of breaking up body parts per training day on a 5 or 6 days a week routine. Usually 4 or 5 different excersices with 3 to 5 sets on that muscle group per day to average around 20 sets AND i would almost ALWAYS superset with a lighter load for a compund movement on that area im fatigueing. Of course there were the strength weeks every couple weeks with heavier load and fewer reps.

TODAY: (TALK about depressing lol)
Well....here I am now...175lbs with at least 15 or more percent bodyfat...still some definition but nothing impressive. And I probably barley have the workout strength to manage too put up two plates on each side on the bench(havnt tried yet though..no goals or assement yet). I still have good asthetic shape and of course the muscle memory is there to get big again!!
...(most of all my muscle gains were hard earned and gradual from years of training...but DONT get me wrong though Ive done 3 cycles before to break plateua's and TREN is AMAZING!...I can personally say that stacking properly the half life of large amounts of testosterone propionate with Trenobolone Acetate and methandrostenolone or anavar...AND your androgenic strength is HULKish unbelievable)

About 16 months ago, I fell from a balacony while holding the lightpole that was closest to it. I unfortunatley had been locked outside of my house but there was another option to get in. If you climb the lightpole next to my house, you can be able to reach for the balacony and enter through the second floor. I had done this many times before, so I didnt hestitate this time to scale the lightpole by shimming up it. I was then holding a metal bar on the lightpole and reaching over for the balacony. This time ...the metal bar on the lightpole broke and I fell 17 feet directly on my head onto concrete.

I had to have 40 staples to put my head back together along with brain surgery to remove the bleeding inside my head. The top nerologist of Orange County,CA(where i live) said that there was a 50 percent chance of not surviving such a tramatic injury. I also fractured my wrist, broke 2 ribs, and a complete clavical fracture where internal fixation of a plate was needed.

So i feel very fortunate now today to say I have gone through all the proper reabilitation to be normaly functioning again. Thank goodness there was no brain damage or any long term cognitive damaging effects. The biggest physical ailment setback in regards to training is my collar bone.

The doctors and physical rehab specialist have all cleared and signed me off as ready to train again. I have now been back in a real gym and excersicing the past couple months. Ive been doing light lifting and swimming but want that extra supplemental push to lube up the joints and start seeing some real gains and hopefully someday return to my former prowess. Im going to just have to take it slow and hopefully find a good source to cycle again and get back on track to where I want to be. Hence, I decided to return back to my one and only trusted forum for motivation as well.

Any suggestions on a good stack/plan for injuries or something of my nature?
I understand nandrolone properties for joints as once i had bad tennis elbow and it helped..but anything a little more in depth would be appreciated.

Thank you my fellow Ironheads for taking time in reading or responding!

WHAT DOESNT KILL US..MAY JUST MAKE US STRONGER!:D

Damn, that was one nasty accident and props on making a come back. Maybe @Millard Baker will move this to the Introduction section if he is in a good mood.

Welcome to Meso btw.
