Greetings! I am excited to join the MESO-Rx community and learn more about safe AAS practices.

A little about myself: I am currently quite lightweight, at under 150 lbs, and my primary goal is to make steady progress in building muscle and strength while minimizing risks associated with AAS usage. I believe that being a part of this community will provide me with valuable information and resources, as well as the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share the same goals.

In terms of my experiences, I have been weight training for a few years now, focusing on developing a solid foundation in terms of strength and muscle mass. As I embark on this new journey of incorporating AAS into my fitness routine, I am eager to learn more about proper usage, and dosage.

I am excited to explore the various subforums and engage with the community to further my knowledge and understanding. I am here to learn and grow, and I believe that this community will be an invaluable asset in helping me achieve my goals safely.

Don't get upset Henryx but what foundation is 150 pounds. I know you believe you are a hard gainer or super ectomorph. But forget that. There are guys here to follow who understand how you need to eat and train. I'm not trying to kick you when you are down but you have no idea what to do. Find help here. Put on 5 pounds a month natty a nd get to 190pounds natty. That is a foundation.
Don't get mad. I'm sure you are a champion at many things I can't do. But you have no idea about training or nutrition. Find help here. That is why we are here.
Pm my mate zpuppy. He is a great dude and will point you in the right direction. I don't help people since I got banned.

Like your intro, welcome. You can make a lot of progress before needing AAS so I hope you understand that and don't rush trying it.
