i have read 1 i.u. of growth is equal to 5 mcg of igf-1.
is this correct as i am trying to determine igf-1 dosage in relation to daily dosages of growth if long r3igf-1 was used on its own?

good luck on getting real IGF

I don't think there is a conversion set up yet. Some people seem to respond better to GH. IGF is not the only mechanism thru which GH works. Personally, I have gotten only mild results from what is supposed to be IGF. I got much better results off low dose GH, like 2IU per day than off 100mcg of IGF per day, but maybe it's just me. Even GH from the pharmacy has found to be faked, that was on NBC National News last week. So, who knows what's real out there these days.

There really is no way to compare the two, dosage-wise. X IUs of GH aren't converted to Y mcg of IGF-1, since there is much individual variation. You also have to factor in one's levels of inherent GHBP and IGFBPs, which will be big determinants of the activities of each. Also, since LR3 isn't susceptible to being bound by IGFBPs, that's another variable that makes coming up with a conversion nearly impossible. A dose of 40mcg is a pretty good dose IMO.

best info for growth factors

There is a lot of good info there, but there's also a lot of misinformation there. For instance, there is someone there that tries to claim an actual concrete conversion formula for GH to LR3, for which there is no remotely accurate conversion.
