Well I guess I skipped this part the other day. New to tje dark side of things. Just getting ready to start my first cycle in the next couple months. I've been working out for 3 years religiously, but have always done at least 3 times a week throughout high school up until 3 years ago. I wrestled for 12 years including 1 year in college. I have a hard time putting on weight though (I think from cutting weight at a young age). My diet is pretty good mostly chicken, rice, eggs, oats protein, veggies. I work on the road so that's easy to meal prep. 3000-3500 cal a day. Anyway my stats are 29 yo 5'9 150 lbs 10-12% BF
Happy to be a member, have already learned a tin more reading through the different posts throughout the last week or so.
Any and all advice is much appreciated, I think constructive criticism is the best way to learn.
 
Welcome to MESO bro. You deff need way more protein if you are 59 @150. How many grams are you knocking down in a day bro? You really need to eat more if your wanting to get bigger. Im 5'4 an got up to 150-155 natty just by diet alone before ever thinking about juicing. On my lightest of days now im 170. Diet is everything bro an if your not feeding the beast an fueling your muscles properly then ped's are going to be useless imo. I hope everything works out for the best for you bro. Please take this as constructive criticism bro. Im not trying to be a dick man, just simply stating you could easily get bigger while training natty from diet alone before attempting an such things as aas is all. The end result would be considerably much better man....GL!!!!
 
Thanks, I get a pretty consistent 275-300 g peotein a day. I've gotten bigger (size wise) and stronger, just not Any heavier. I was up to 160 for awhile but was really bloated feeling so I cut down a few months ago changed my diet around. Didn't lose any strength I look better, feel better, just am not putting on any weight.
Diet for a day:

1st meal
Protein
1 C oatmeal w/ honey and Chia seeds
2 eggs 3 egg whites
Apple

2nd meal
1 C veggies
1 C brown Rice
8 oz chicken

3rd meal
1 C white rice
WW Bagel w/ PB+honey
10 oz chicken

4th meal
Banana + PB
4 hard boiled eggs

5th meal
Protein
8oz chicken
Sweet potatoe
1.5 cup veggie

6th meal
4 eggs
1 Greek yogurt

That's roughly my everyday meal plan switch chicken for steak sometimes. Also take fish oil. I will throw an extra C of brown rice in about every other day
