Well I guess I skipped this part the other day. New to tje dark side of things. Just getting ready to start my first cycle in the next couple months. I've been working out for 3 years religiously, but have always done at least 3 times a week throughout high school up until 3 years ago. I wrestled for 12 years including 1 year in college. I have a hard time putting on weight though (I think from cutting weight at a young age). My diet is pretty good mostly chicken, rice, eggs, oats protein, veggies. I work on the road so that's easy to meal prep. 3000-3500 cal a day. Anyway my stats are 29 yo 5'9 150 lbs 10-12% BF
Happy to be a member, have already learned a tin more reading through the different posts throughout the last week or so.
Any and all advice is much appreciated, I think constructive criticism is the best way to learn.
