Guide To Insulin Use

Also, no way humulin R is superior to a rapid slin such as humalog or novalog, the longer it hangs around the easier it is for your body to store fat and the more dangerous it becomes. It's peak is more of a roll of the dice and it's not always as easy as saying a carb meal for shots 1 and another for post workout shot 2 covers it. If you read up on active and peak slin times with humulin R you would understand how doing a pre and post training shot with that type of insulin makes it dangerous as a motherfucker.

I understand you are coming from experience and with good intentions, but a rapid insulin is less guesswork and far superior to avoiding the drops and potential fat storage from Humulin R.

disagree on some of this. before I used slin I researched some guys who know their shit, and their posts indicated thy liked r much better than log, they got nothing from log, like it was too fast in and out. I believe one guy liked log the best but most preferred r (these were serious guys who compete).

as for getting fat, calories in vs calories out determine this, not how long the slin is in the system. for guys who don't hav their diet dialed in or add carbs to the diet to accommodate slin, they can get fat, but they are not using slin correctly. one shouldn't have to eat more food or carbs to take slin as most of us already eat at least 300plus grams, you just switch when you take them so they cover the slin.

as for danger, if used smart, its safer than AAS as they can do long term damage (kidneys etc). But slin can kill someone in an instant but only if they are an idiot and don't do research and watch what they eat. so I agree it can be dangerous but only if the person is stupid. If they have carbs on hand they should be fine. obviously don't shoot r an hour before bed etc
