Have some gum recession and recently been reading about the possibility of tb500/bpc helping regrowth. Anyone have experience with this or know any other peptides/methods to reverse gum recession ?!

TB & BPC did nothing for my gum recession but that seems like something that might take many months or even years to see a noticeable difference (with peptides).

Dentists have recommended some kind of surgery, but I've had gum recession since forever and it has never caused any problems.

Recessed gums don't "grow back" naturally unfortunately. Surgery is one option or something called the "gum recession pinhole technique". Basically the dentist makes a very small hole in your gum and lifts it up to the correct position.

I had a similar issue with gum recession and did a lot of research into potential treatments. I came across some promising info about peptides like TB500 and BPC-157, but I wasn’t sure how effective they would be long-term. I ended up talking to my dentist about it, and they suggested looking into other options that might be more established.

I also visited an Invisalign preferred provider who gave me some great advice on managing gum health and improving my overall oral care. They recommended a few methods and products that could support gum regrowth, along with a tailored plan to address the recession.

If you're considering peptides, it might be worth consulting with a dental specialist who can offer personalized advice and explore all your options.

There’s limited evidence supporting the use of TB500 or BPC-157 for gum recession. While these peptides may aid in tissue healing in some areas, they haven’t been proven effective for reversing gum recession. The most common treatments for gum recession include good oral hygiene, professional cleanings, and gum grafting in more severe cases. If you're considering peptides, it's best to consult your dentist or healthcare provider first to discuss potential benefits and risks.
