Hi there just joined the forum after many years of reading. I've been working out for 2 years I am 26 years old and have recently decided I'd like to do my first cycle. I grew up in Manitoba , Canada and have recently started at a new Gold's gym!
I've read a wealth of information on this forum and will certainly be looking for a specific stack to aid me in achieving my goals.
