Hey guys I realized i never made a post about my first cycle.CollageMaker_20200728_074645202.jpg PPLs 500mg test/week 50 mg anavar/week for 12 weeks.
(These photos are from 2019 my first cycle, not currently)
First pic I was just out of the hospital at about 185 pounds, second picture I am about 215.
3500-4000 calories a day
250g protein
I know I could have dieted better and maybe got some better results but overall i was pretty happy. Really bad at photos, maybe I'll try to take some current ones soon.

The chest gains alone are fucking insane
Congrats in the change.
You've obviously been putting in the work

You know you're going to have to start a log on your next run.
Interested to see the changes with diet dialed in and the additional experience with AAS now

It was definitely a really cool experience. My training partners all were noticing the quick changes in my body, vascularity started around week 4-5. My chest and shoulders I feel responded the best.
I will say my cardio sucks compared to when I was lighter, I used to be able to run a 5k and roll for an hour straight, now it feels like the extra muscle has definitely impacted it. A couple miles is a challenge now, no excuses just got more work to do

Just take time to get used to the extra weight.

I NEVER do cardio, but I find after a month of being a certain weight I adjust readily.

I'll typically put between 10km-30km on the 9ld work boots during a typically day.

Post bulk, I fucking struggle for a while, but I'm usually gtg after a while.

BP and resting HR play a big role as well obviously
