Gyno/Nolva?

I'm currently on running:

400mg eq/wk
400mg Enenthate/wk
.50mg liquid Arim ED

Im in my 3rd week and I think I have signs of gyno. No pain or lumps, but I do have puffiness around my nips.
As a precaitionary measure I started taking nolva today. I took 40mg tonight and will take 20mg until the puffiness subsides.
Does this sound right? When the puffiness goes away(fingers crossed) do i stay on the nolva or do i stop? If I stay on the nolva, how much will it effect gains? Do I take it straight thru till PCT?
I had hoped the Arim would have blocked this from happening. Should I up my intake? 1mg ed?

Sorry for so many questions, but I trust what you guys think.
Thanks in advance!

for some people, arimidex works wonders, but for some others, they need femara.
If you are indeed experiencing gyno, then I would bump up your dosage of arimidex. For your next cycle (or this cycle if you have it) I would try femara and see if it works better with your body in preventing gyno.

What about my Nolva use? Am I on the right track?

yup u sure are, but ultimately you want to add femara or increase the dosage of arimidex. nolv is a good temporary fix for excess estrogen, and for pct, and thats it.

Always use 0.25mg/day of Ldex and 10mg/day of nolva as a bare minimum. Nolva should not be a "just in case" supplement. There is absolutely no reason for gyno posts in this day and time, based on what we know. There is no one that can make a solid arguement against the use of Ldex and nolva together in these doses. If you have signs of gyno, bump the nolva to 40-60mg/day until symptoms subside. In the future, please follow the above advice (.25mg/day Ldex and 10mg/day of nolva) so that you don't need to post a similar question in the future.

ya einstein1905 is def right in this case.

Your nolva use is right on track right now but I would up the a-dex like they are saying. I would also be trying to locate some femara in the mean time just incase.
