Gyno worsening (Test/Mast/Dec)

I'v always had a small amount of gyno for years from an earlier dbol cycle that just never went away but also I have high prolactin

It's recently got worse while I was on Test and Mast and now I have started Deca too but reading on here the things that work for Test gyno don't work for gyno caused by Deca, any advice and what to take? I am not stopiing taking anything for quite some time but need something to control the gyno

I was in the same boat as you for years. Constantly battling tying to run cycles whist also trying to control gyno that I had from puberty.
Tbh the bottom line is if the gyno has already fully matured into hard tissue it’s not going anywhere and most likely it will continue to get worse, especially with anabolic use.
Surgery is the best and only real option. It was certainly the best decision I ever made, I just wish I did it 10 years earlier !

Can gyno return after surgery

Depends - my understanding is that if they only cut out the gyno then yes. If they cut out the rest of your glands, then no.

Thank you.

Is this something you have to ask the gyno surgeon to do? It would be really shitty doing the surgery for it to come back.

Can gyno return after surgery
Some surgeons leave a small part of the gland behind to help avoid the appearance of a dent. In this case there is a small chance that it can start to grow again but from what my surgeon told me it’s very rare.
If however the glands are 100% removed it would be impossible for it to return.

If you already have a propensity for higher prolactin, why take an AAS that has a history of causing prolactin-related issues even in non-predisposed individuals?

So which one has causes prolactin related issues? And i'm sure lots of people use aas knowing they're going to cause gyno so they take what's needed hence my post, what is best to take for deca related gyno because i'm reading lots of things sayung that nolva and the usual others that people take don't do anything

Yes, gyno can come back after surgery, although it's more rare than common. Gyno gland can be mixed in with the fat, and it is difficult to remove every little bit of gland. Remaining bits of gland tissue can regrow if stimulated. It happened to me.

It's worth it to get the surgery though. Most times, the gland does not regrow. Like 85-90% of the time, it won't regrow.
