hand gripper ?

I finally bought one of these. I'm not acutally sure on how often to use it though. I just been doing 3 sets of as many I can do at random times through out the day about 10-15 times a day.
Am I over using / under using it?
 
Train it like you would any other lift.

You wouldnt squat 10 times a day, would ya? Also, if it is so light in resistance that you can just rep it out then it is useless - Ironmind.com sell the Captains of Crush ones which are excellent, and also provide a lot of free training info regarding hand strength, using the CoC grippers etc. Check em out.
