It's quite an honor to join this society and be here among all of you today. Having this great opportunity to absorb a plethora of helpful information, from the successes to the failures and all parts in between. The all too important methods and practices of harm reduction are always kept in the forefront and takin in with serious consideration. Just having this community to discuss all of our common interests and past experiences in a safe setting is, I believe, tremendously beneficial for everyone involved. Though I do have a great deal of confidence in my familiarity with this lifestyle, I also understand that the knowledge to be gained from the collective experiences of like-minded individuals and those who have made this their life, is invaluable to say the least. I intend to listen, and to continue to do explorative research within these threads and other informative websites, before speaking on any subject. To always show my utmost respect to the long-serving members who surpass me in experience and try to help in any given situation where possible. I look forward to all the future discussions to be had here and any recommendations or tips in regards to the etiquette of this forum are welcomed. Thank you.
I myself, am a 30 year old Mississippi native getting back into the routine of things. I got serious about lifting after a terrible accident I had when I was 17, car vs train, which left me bedridden for 3 months. I had to learn how to walk again, as it splintered my right femur, also endured a traumatic brain injury that I somehow recovered from with no serious longterm affects. The development of ARDS in the hospital left my lungs severly scarred so at 17 I was told I now have the lungs of a 50 year old. I recently "fell off" in my lifting habits but I'm coming back around. 'Juice' has always been something of interest and ive tried many cycles of which my favorite would be trenbolone. Even with my lungs the way they are and Trens affect on the lungs, I found no serious problems with it. I'm always open minded about suggestions and new work out regimens. Currently doing a 'total body' regimen. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, though I'm considering changing to an isolation type, working out every day and moving between muscle groups each day because I fear the total body may be too metabolic?? as my body fat when using one of those hand held things, is showing only 5% and they said it's not accurate and to minus 1 because of water intake. I fear I may be hurting my muscles due to such a low body fat %.
I'm sorry if this is too long of a post, i don't know the ins and outs of this forum yet and I can understand that a person may not want to read a life story but thanks anyways I'm very happy to be here.
