OK, I've decided to start a log of what is my very first cycle. I've picked alot of brains around here and have gotten alot of awesome feedback from some of you... Renegade, Bib Bench, MrBman, & Mr Wiggly. Renegade's cycle log has helped me a great deal. This won't compare to THAT, but I'll do my best. [:o)]
Over the last year, I've made healthy lifestyle changes, namely diet and serious exercise and lifting. I've dropped nearly 30 lbs of sloppy weight getting ready for this(still trying like hell to lose stubborn lower belly fat) and have been in the gym regularly for about a year now. I seem to have hit a plateau in strength and am ready to make some substantial gains.

Here are some stats...
36 yrs old
6'1" - 227 lbs.
? BF %

Here is what my cycle looks like;

wk 1 - 10 - GP Test Cyp 500mg - (250mg sat, 250mg tues)
wk 1 - 4 - GP Dbol 40mg ED
wk 1 - 10 - GP Adex 0.5mg EOD
PCT
wk 1 - Axio Clomid 100mg/day
wk 2 - 4 Axio Clomid 50mg/day

My WO schedule;

Day 1 - Back/BIs/Abs
Day 2 - Chest/Tris
Day 3 - Legs/Abs
Day 4 - Shoulders
Day 5 - Cardio & Abs only
Start Over
**Also do cardio after each wo except legs**
**Occasionally a day off after my cardio/ab day**

I am actually 8 days in now. Getting some wicked pumps already and have noticed fullness and vascularity improvements also. Noticed the increase in blood pressure from the dbol right away, but that has diminished as I I started splitting up the dose... 10mg in the early am, then the other 30 about 30 -45 minutes before I hit the gym. I am going to post a before pic. Wearing a tank to hide the afore-mentioned sloppy lower belly. :mad:LOL
So thanks to all that have helped me along to this point. I am very grateful...
If it seems there is any interest, I will try to update atleast twice a week. Any feedback or pointers on training will be appreciated.

Cycle looks good. Watch your calories and keep at the cardio and you'll achieve the results you want. (Dbol may keep you looking bigger than you really are, what with water retention.) Watch the BP!

Thanks guys. Solo, glad you approve. I've read alot of your stuff :) Just curious, will I lose some of this water after I stop the dbol, or will it hang on throughout the duration of the test? I've noticed it showing up already. :mad: Well, off to work...

Test is going to keep water as well so you aren't going to notice a difference really but it's soon to say anything since you're running a-dex.
 
your a big dude good luck ripping it up. if water gets too bad grab some ''watershed'' (its mostly dandilion root) but has other stuff in there so its potasium sparing.
 
Ok.. just a quick update. I just got home from the gym and I experienced (and am still experiencing) the infamous lower back pump. That's a weird feeling. :confused: Today was back/bis/abs day and I am already seeing veins throughout the front of my shoulders all the way down to my hands. :D They were really popping today. And this only 9 days in. I am noticing a slight increase in strength now, but more noticeable is the fullness and vascularity. I did not expect anything like this so quick.
Tomorrow morning will be my 4th injection of test. I am using 22 1/2 ga x 1 1/2" pins, and alternating glutes. Any opinions on the size? Can I go smaller? The oil seems to travel pretty slowly through the 22 1/2, so I am thinking any smaller would be too small?? I am trying to inject as slow as possible though. Nearly painless. I was very surprised. And so far, I've had no post-injection soreness. I find it a little awkward when aspirating... trying to hold the needle still and pull the plunger back...
Well, it's dinner time.... Not experiencing the increase in appetite yet. I almost have to force myself to eat sometimes. Probably has alot to do with the dieting I've been doing for the last few months.... I'll post more on my nutrition later and probably be looking for critiques.

Thanks bro. I'll keep the watershed in mind. Any supplement store hs it?
 
yes any sup. store in canada and i'm sure in the states. try splitting your d-bol into 3 doses like 10 mg first thing when you wake up.20mg an hour pre workout and 10 mg before bed.that should help with appetite.also have to watch if your taking too much d-bol your body will let you know by loss of appetite and you will feel drained.good ripping advice is only eat meat and veggies for supper no ather carbs and a little e.c.a. or clen would help
 
OK... getting ready to run out the door to work. Still got the pump in my lower back, but not as crazy as last night. Is this normal for it to last that long? It was pretty uncomfortable last night unless laying flat on my back. I am wondering if I'll have this throughout the rest of the dbol, or if I'll just get used to it??
 
Just got home. Chest day... OUCH. Back pumps are not as bad but still a bit annoying. 4th test injection went smooth as butter. Appetite is coming around... slowly but surely. I do feel a bit bloated, but then I think I drank 2 gallons of water. Then a shake and a banana. I don't seem to be sweating as much as normal, even during cardio... Anyone else experience this?
 
Taurine will help with your back pumps. Try ~8grams/day in divided doses.

Thanks. I haven't been taking a multi-vitamin, but am going to start this week. Probably Centrum. Also milk thistle. So far I've only been taking Glutamine pre & post workout and three 52g shakes per day. Protein intake is around 250 - 300 grams/day.

I don't know how much money you have left but here is a much better multivitamin:

Dr. Cranton's PrimeNutrients

It is similar to the Basic Preventative doctors prescribe but IMHO absorb even better. Most of that Centrum will pass right through you.

Nothing bloats like Dbol (okay, Deca). But Adex and cardio will keep the water off. You'll lean out if you continue passed the Dbol phase, take in lots of protein but not that many carbs, drink water like you were on fire, and workout like a devil.

hell bro,enjoy the water gains..they do have a few benefits you know ! Great log..keep it up.And remember when the strength gains do come do not jump weight too quickly bro..at our age injury is a bitch!Hey,why not go 12 weeks with the test ???
 
OK. I switched up my WO routine a bit. Today was supposed to be leg day, but I switched to shoulders and will do legs tomorrow. Tomorrow is the last day of the work week for me, and I'd rather be hobbling around at home than at work. [:o)] I have to say that shoulders is one of my favorite days. Got some nice pumps and had to stop myself before I over-did it. I do traps on shoulder day and they are SWOLLEN. Veins popping all over the front of my shoulders & down my biceps. :D They aren't always there (yet), but more than ever before.
I thought my appetite was coming around, but today I really had to force myself to eat. Even now after working out for 2 hrs and then 45 min. of cardio and abs, a shake and a banana make me feel STUFFED! Due to the bloated feeling I'm guessing??

Just wanted to give a quick thanks to the vets (and not-so-vet members) around here for following and posting here. The helpful advice and encouragement are making this a great experience for me.;)

Thanks bro. Glad to have you following along and helping out..... And yes, I have already been thinking of going a bit longer on the test, provided all goes well. I was actually thinking of going for an additional 5 weeks(one 10ml vial ha ha). And I may catch hell from some of you for this, but I was also thinking of adding a shredder toward the end to lean out. I will be finishing as is toward the end of the summer, and want to lean down asap. Not sure what to consider though.... pointers?????
