just got back from the gas station, and they had a new coke product. its a low card coke with 1/2 the carbs....lol...now it only has 20 grams of sugar.

my fav is the friut juice drinks....sounds good you say hell its tropicana....then you read the back.....10%juice......tons of sugar, coloring, preservitives....pretty much a coke with out the fizz.

we have a real good health foods store in my area, but they carry some crappy shit as well, and ppl think well i bought it at the health food store....lol

I had a few people tell me fruit is good for them so they buy those drinks and then i tell them to look how much real fruit is really in it. Fruit is filled with sugar anyway. vegetables are way better.
