HCG for fertility/TRT

Just a few questions about HCG and maintaining fertility on TRT -

How much should someone take each week? Can you take it once per week, or does it have to be twice per week?

How long can you store HCG after its been mixed and refrigerated? Seems wasteful to only store for 30 days

If there was a week where you could only dose once, would it matter?

i take 12000 iu a week.
works with my trt regime.
I got my gf accidental pregnant in 2019, she was on immune supressants and missed her BC had to terminate it was 3 months looked like it was 8 weeks.
So it works. been using it since 2017.

Better to take 2x or even 3x per week, hCG typically has a 36hr half life. Not the end of the world if you occasionally missed a shot. If it’s for fertility and it were me I’d do at least 500iu 3x/wk, maybe 1000iu. You can store hCG for longer than 30 days, I think it takes more than that to start degrading and even then you probably wouldn’t notice, just don’t shake and keep it clean.

Are you talking about mixing it and just keeping it for 8 weeks before using it or are you talking about it taking 8 weeks or more to finish the kit? If the former then best not to reconstitute until ready to use. If the latter yeah it should be fine if it takes 8 or so weeks to use, although ~625iu/wk is more of a keeping the balls functional dose unless you’ve used it from the very beginning. 750-875iu/wk used from the beginning of trt would result in a ~7% decrease in ITT levels so pretty close to normal.

I don’t think bac water would go bad anytime soon. Pretty sure like most meds it’s probably good beyond the expiration date as long as it’s taken care of.
