So I'm just wondering how long it is suppose to last because some people here do 250iu Mon and Thursday , so basically 10 weeks ... I thought hcg was only good for four weeks?

The pharmacy inserts I have seen have stated 30 days. However, there have been several post I have read where people say their insert stated 60 days(mostly on other boars, but I think a few here as well). Below is a link to a PDF published by Merk. Toward the bottom you can see it says 60 days refrigerated.
So, as an opinion, if I decided to use 500iu's twice a week. Then 5000iu's would give me 5 weeks. This would double my HCG cost from your example, but I think it would be worth it. Any lost potency should be minimal, if at all. Once again, this is just my personal preference based on the reading I have done.
Ultimately, you will have to research and decide what you believe is best for you. Good luck and stay safe.
