HCG question for swale

i am going to run an 8 weeks cycle of tren/prop/winny and was wondering which was better 500iu ED for 10 days of hcg at the end of my cycle or a low dosage of hcg all throughout my cycle, if so then at what dosage.
i searched this but didnt get any specific results, just bits and pieces.


p.s. im 6'0 180lbs if you need to know that

with such a short cycle I'd just do it at the end. about 5000iu over a two week period, 3 days wk m-th-sat? or so
