HCG questions

I've added HCG protocol to my cycle (250iu's 2x per week).
Do any of you experience a stinging feeling when you inject the cold solution?
Or do you warm it up under the faucet?
Are you guys shooting IM or SubQ?

Thanx for your time,
Nico

I am shooting IM but using the smallest needle I can get "B-D 1ml 27g 1/2" as per my Dr. and I shot it cold no sting.

Phil: You're shooting it Intramuscular with a pin that is only .5" long? That would be very difficult to do and impractical unless you have extremely low bf%. Which muscle are you using?

For the first while I would get stinging with HCG. Not anymore though. I think your body just gets used to it.

I shoot sub-q in stomach fat.

I warm the pin a little in my hand first, nothing much tho.

I hope you are not touching the needle.

Some subQ injections sting a bit, others you do not even feel. That is just the way it is.

Ok I will try sub Q in my stomach even though the box says IM.

I inject in the thigh, too. That's how Shippen taught me.

What I would suggest changing is using a lower gauge needle. The 27 gauge needles you're using are causing you lots of unnecessary pain. I use the smallest needles available, 31 gauge, 5/16 inch. Most of the time I don't even feel it going in.

...and the testosterone cypionate says to dose every 2-4 weeks. Wish somebody would update these things.

At least my hCG specifically lists 'hypogonadism.' My insurance only covered 50% of the prescription cost because medications for fertility are only covered at 50%. hCG is cheap, but I'm fighting the issue because I believe it is fair to do so. The appear got denied because the insurance companies pharmacist told them that the FDA approved indications didn't include hypogonadism. I responded by sending them a copy of my package insert that says otherwise. I'm waiting on their response.

Anyway, glad that you are willing to give sub-q a try. Hope it works out for you.

I am now doing my Hcg and Depo T shots myself and I have no pain at all it is not as bad as I though it would be. I have two different size needles that I use.
