Hello there.
I'm Atzap and I'm from Latvia.
Age:32. Height:190cm. Weight 100kg.
I'll leave a summary of my path.
TLDR: Had hormonal issues, docs wouldn't help, found my own solutions thanks to this forum.
I'm not really interested in PED's as most here. Originally stumbled upon this forum while looking for potential answers to my health issues. I had always been rather active in my life but then things took a gradual turn. Some time ago I noticed a general lack of energy, mindfulness, lack of drive. I would probably have explained these symptoms away and would not have taken action but I also started to experience ED and well that I could not really deny.
Naturally I went to see various 'specialists'. Urologists, endos, you name it. To my dismay each of them turned out to be most unhelpful. The various tests that they sent me to showed no abnormalities. The only thing I could point to was a rather low TT, FT levels and a low T:E ratio. (things I had only just started reading up on at the time). From memory my TT level over multiple tests was at high 300's to low 400's ng/dL with a SHBG in the 30s.
Anyway none of them were willing to even try TRT. (they talked about stress, sleep, life style even though I could check every one of those boxes). Seriously, what they wanted to prescribe was anti-depressants, seratonin precursors and stuff like that.
So I took it upon myself to read up on and then later experiment on myself to see if hormonal soultions would get me out of the lerch. Started with enclomiphene. Then hcg > test > test+hcg >test+hcg+AI. And finally I managed to find a protocol which seems to be working well at around 140mg per week of test,1200IU per week of hcg and 6.25mg eod of aromasin. Interestingly that no matter the dosages I never felt good without aromasin so I suspect high estradiol was a big component of my problems.
Now it's just a question of sourcing and monitoring. Certainly wouldn't have been able to get this far without without this forum.
So that's that. Cheers.
