Hello all from another new old guy

Older guy here with zero steroid experience wanting to learn how to safely gain strength and lean muscle mass.

I am lean, active, eat clean, plus labs and overall health are good. I've started lifting, but bulking at my age is harder than I expected.

Just saw the recommendation for Peter Bond's "Book on Steroids" and will study that before deep diving here to help keep me from asking stupid questions that have already been asked by a million other newbies.

Thanks for this community and even more for letting me join!

Basically was in the same boat as you a few months ago. I did a lot of reading on the forums and about the various compounds.
I still don’t “know” much, but have gained a rudimentary understanding. I received a lot of good advice on a few of my threads. Don’t be afraid to ask questions but do as much reading as possible first. Guys here are helpful but will bust balls if you’re lazy.
Good luck with the journey

Welcome. I don’t want to spoil the surprise but it sounds like your lifestyle is already dialed in and you will likely see great benefit from low doses of testosterone and if you choose, some HGH.

Thanks, and great advice too! I absolutely will read everything I can so that my inevitable questions aren't things that have been already answered.

Appreciate that and yeah, I'm seriously thinking test and maybe HGH too would be really helpful for me. This looks like the place I need to learn.

You’re off to a great start, man. You honestly can’t go wrong listening to messages like the one that led you to that book. His books are full of amazing information. You’re approach to do the research first is going to take you far here. Best of luck.

We need to start a grey haired geezers thread where us old farts can complain about old fart stuff: aches, pains, joint, hemorrhoids, and the young folks nowadays. 8)

TBH my only real complaint is having to think harder to remember things. Oh and, get off my lawn you damn kids, hahaha!
