I'm new..Well kinda...I've posted a few times already and learned that I was supposed to introduce myself first. Well anyway, I'm 50. Been lifting for over 30 years now, and enjoy it more than ever. In fact, probably in the better shape now than 20 years ago. Takes a while to figure out what works through trail and error. Hope to learn more from the knowledge that is shared on here.
